Loomo ("Loomo," "we," "us," or "our"), operated by RockitSeller, LLC, provides an automated creator recruitment and sample fulfillment service for TikTok Shop merchants (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account & contact information: your name, business name, email, and phone number when you sign up or request access.
TikTok Shop data: when you authorize Loomo, we access data from your TikTok Shop account through TikTok's official APIs, including shop and product information, orders, fulfillment and logistics data, affiliate creators, collaborations, campaigns, and creator messages, strictly to operate the Service on your behalf.
Creator & collaboration data: public creator performance metrics and the status of outreach, collaborations, samples, and resulting content.
Fulfillment data: order and shipping details, including recipient addresses and tracking numbers, used solely to ship product samples and report status.
Usage data: basic technical and usage information (device, browser, log data) to operate and secure the Service.

2. How we use information

To provide, operate, and improve the Service, including discovering creators, sending outreach, shipping samples, and tracking content and attributed sales.
To communicate with you about your account, support, and product updates.
To maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service.
To comply with legal obligations and TikTok Shop platform requirements.

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use TikTok Shop data for any purpose other than providing the Service to you.

3. How information is shared

Platforms & APIs: we exchange data with TikTok Shop (to manage creators, collaborations, and messaging) and with fulfillment providers such as Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment and Shopify (to ship samples), only as needed to perform the Service.
Service providers: vetted vendors (e.g., cloud hosting, email) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
Legal: when required by law or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

4. Data retention

We retain information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described below.

5. Security

We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures, including encryption in transit, access controls, and secure credential storage, to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect your data and notify you of material incidents where required.

6. Analytics & cookies

We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google LLC, to understand how visitors use our website. Google Analytics sets cookies and collects information such as pages visited, time on site, approximate location (derived from IP address, which Google truncates), device and browser type, and referring source. This helps us measure and improve the Service. We do not use this data to personally identify you. Google processes this information as described in Google's Privacy Policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics across websites using Google's opt-out browser add-on, or block cookies through your browser settings.

7. Your choices & rights

You can disconnect Loomo from your TikTok Shop at any time, which revokes our ongoing access.
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA/CPRA.

8. International users

Loomo is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the U.S., you understand your information may be processed in the U.S. and other countries.

9. Children's privacy

The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate.
