How do I use Amazon MCF to fulfill TikTok Shop orders?

By Loomo ·

If your inventory already lives in Amazon FBA, you can fulfill TikTok Shop orders from it with Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF). TikTok confirmed MCF as a supported fulfillment method in its February 25, 2026 seller guidance, and Amazon publishes its own MCF guide for TikTok Shop.

The setup takes about an afternoon. Most of it is uneventful. One choice, the shipping provider you declare when you upload tracking, decides whether it keeps working. This guide covers the whole thing in order.

  1. 01

    Check your shipping access

Whether you have Seller Shipping decides if you need an MCF warehouse at all.

  2. 02

    Set up the Amazon side

Packaging and carrier settings in Seller Central.

  3. 03

    Get orders to Amazon

An integration app, or MCF orders created by hand.

  4. 04

    Upload tracking correctly Only Loomo

Declare the Amazon MCF provider, never the carrier.

  5. 05

    Plan for returns

Returns go to your address, not Amazon's.

Step 1: Check whether you need an MCF warehouse

Start here, because it decides how much setup you have to do.

  • If your shop has Seller Shipping access, you can use MCF without changing anything in TikTok. You keep fulfilling orders as seller-shipped, and MCF does the picking and packing behind the scenes.
  • If your shop doesn’t have Seller Shipping, you need to create an MCF warehouse in Seller Center > Logistics > Warehouses. A shop can designate up to three.

When you create the warehouse, Amazon suggests using a central fulfillment center address as the ship-from location. Their example is CMH2, 6050 Gateway Ct, Groveport, OH 43125.

Step 2: Set up the Amazon side

Two settings in Seller Central are worth deciding before your first order ships:

Unbranded packaging. MCF ships in Amazon-branded boxes by default. A TikTok Shop buyer who ordered from your brand and gets an Amazon smile box is confused at best, and a creator filming an unboxing is worse. Amazon offers unbranded packaging across almost all US fulfillment centers at no extra charge. Turn it on.

Blocking Amazon Logistics as a carrier. Walmart requires this for MCF orders. TikTok’s MCF guidance doesn’t. Leave it off unless you have a specific reason, since blocking it narrows Amazon’s carrier options.

Step 3: Get TikTok orders to Amazon

There are two ways to turn a TikTok Shop order into an MCF order.

An integration app. This is the right answer for regular order volume. The app watches TikTok for new orders, creates the MCF order in Amazon, and sends tracking back to TikTok for you. Amazon names WebBee, AfterShip, Rithum and LINGXING, and TikTok’s own guidance lists several more, including Pipe17, CedCommerce, ChannelEngine and Order Desk. You can also go through Shopify’s Amazon MCF app if Shopify already sits in the middle of your stack.

Creating MCF orders by hand. In Seller Central, create a Multi-Channel Fulfillment order for the SKU and quantity, addressed to the TikTok buyer. This is fine for a handful of orders a week. Past that, it becomes a copy-paste job with a deadline attached.

Step 4: Upload tracking with the right shipping provider

This is the step that costs sellers their fulfillment setup.

When Amazon ships the order, you get a tracking number. You enter it on the TikTok order and choose a shipping provider. Choose “Amazon Shipping + Amazon MCF.” Don’t choose the carrier printed on the label, even though USPS or UPS is what actually delivers the package.

If you use an integration app, it should already declare Amazon as the provider. Check one shipped order in Seller Center to confirm it, since you won’t get a warning before the fifth mistake.

Step 5: Plan for returns

Don’t list an Amazon warehouse as your TikTok Shop return address. Buyers can’t send returns straight back into FBA.

Use an address you control instead: your business, a 3PL, or a returns partner. When a return arrives, create the return in Amazon Seller Central and forward the item to the facility Amazon designates. It’s an extra hop, so it’s worth setting up before the first return arrives rather than after.

What it costs

MCF charges a fulfillment fee per unit. Check Amazon’s current rate card, and note three things for the rest of 2026:

  • A 3.5% fuel and logistics surcharge applies to US MCF fulfillment fees.
  • Peak holiday fees apply from October 15, 2026 through January 14, 2027.
  • Amazon’s 2026 Preferred Pricing can take up to 15% off MCF fulfillment fees for eligible sellers, plus up to a $1 FBA credit per MCF unit shipped. Check your eligibility in Seller Central rather than assuming it applies.

Compare that against what the order would cost to pick, pack and ship yourself, including your time. For most sellers already on FBA, not needing a second inventory pool is the bigger win.

The setup checklist

What about creator samples?

Samples run through the same MCF path, but they come with their own deadlines. TikTok gives you 7 days to approve a sample request and another 7 to ship it, and the creator’s 14-day posting window only starts once the sample is delivered. We covered how that works in Can I ship TikTok Shop samples from my Amazon FBA inventory?

Most integration apps are built for customer orders, not sample requests. That gap is what Loomo fills. In Loomo you pick where your samples ship from, and it handles the rest:

  • Amazon FBA. Connect your Amazon account and map each TikTok product to its Amazon SKU. When a creator’s sample is approved, Loomo creates the MCF order and sends the tracking back. A low-stock floor skips any product that’s running low, so samples never take your last units.
  • TikTok (FBT). If TikTok already fulfills your orders from its own stock, it ships the samples too. There’s nothing to connect on Amazon, and Loomo tracks every sample through to the post.

Either way, monthly and weekly caps plus a per-product budget keep sampling inside the number you set.

In Loomo, you choose once where your samples ship from. Amazon FBA ships them through MCF; TikTok (FBT) lets TikTok ship them from its own stock.
